It’s not all doom and gloom up here in the great white north, this here supercompouter is what I spend most of my days working with. The rest of my days are spent working on a vast collection of Apple hardware both server and workstation. There’s a whole lot more going on too but those are the most exciting right now.
Saturday is the office christmas party in this apparently swanky joint.
Funny - I was at my old workplace’s Xmas party there last Friday. It’s fairly swanky but the layout’s a bit odd, like a house that’s all livingroom.
Yeah, I found it quite boring and artificial and left after a couple of hours. There was a chocolate fountain though, that was nice.
Errr - I hope they cleaned it out from the night before. There were … shenanigans.
