- Chocolate milk

- Lilt
- Starbar
- Biscuits
Sunday
~6pm - Dinner
- Onion rings
- Remainder of the pasta cooked on Friday
- 2 petit pan
- Large mug of milo

Lilt, starbar and Biscuits, mmmm you can see the nutritional value of all of them being usurped by a small piece of stone from the street. :p
What do you mean? I’ve got all the major food groups in there; the totally tropical group, the biscuit group and the Cadbury group.
A balanced diet isn’t about what you eat for one meal, it’s about what you eat in general and I think my diet is reasonably balanced.
