Watching “The 100 Greatest Cartoons” on Channel 4 in Karl and Michael’s this evening I was inspired to finally legalise my Futurama collection and buy the DVDs. €89.99 seems like a good price. €9 more expensive than the GBP price for some unscrupulous reason, but I’m not sure of any place that I’d find it cheaper. Do you know of any where? I also can’t seem to find out if the complete collection includes the audio commentaries. If you have the box set could you let me know? Thanks.
I’ve got quite a sore throat and feel a bit poorly. Not sure if I’ll make it to work tomorrow considering I’ve not felt so well recently.

The answer to the Futurama question is that the complete box set simply contains the previous 4 season’s box sets in one larger box, so, they’re exactly the same.
€9 more?
Capitalist tax for Bertie and his chums.
There are audio commentaries? I have all 4 seasons boxsets, and I don’t know of any audio commentary. It’s got deleted scenes and storyboards and other stuff. I can doublecheck if you like, but I’m not much into audio commentary.
Indeed I have seen mucho Futurama box sets in my time, but nary an audio commentary. I’ll put the €9 extra down to the cost of living. What really annoys me is VAT on books. Stupid book tax. They don’t have that in Britain.
It’s a lot cheaper than anything you could get around dublin yesterday. I paid dearly for 2 seasons. Both my first and second borne children.
You don’t have to pay the euro price, just pay the 55 playpounds and let your bank tack on a couple of euro for conversion.
I’ve got the four separate Futurama box sets, and they all include audio commentaries. And typically they’re as entertaining as the episodes themselves, especially the commentaries with John DiMaggio and Billy West together.
Yeah, the individual seasons box sets have the commentaries. I’m unable to find out if the discs in the full, complete box set include the same commentaries.
Didn’t go to work today. Stayed in bed.
